Dr. S.Jai Karthik completed his BDS in 2002, followed by his Master’s in Implantology and Periodontology in 2007 at Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, and holds a PhD in Human Genetics (2016). He is also a Guinness Record holder in 2010. He is renowned for his contributions to dentistry, with numerous national and international publications to his Credits. He is Passionate in education and research, also has been guiding dental students as a Professor and Head since 2019.
Dr. S. Jai Karthik is a renowned and well established Periodontist (Gum Specialist), Implantologist and a general dental surgeon with a flourishing practice of over 17 years at Vadavalli, Coimbatore. He is also a well sought out consultant implantologist and periodontist. Apart from clinical excellence, he has an astounding academic experience of 12 years as a professor in the dept. of Periodontology and Implantology in various colleges throughout Tamilnadu. Apart from being a keen clinician well versed in modern treatment protocols, he is also a scientist with many national and international publications. He has completed his Ph.D research program in the genetic relationship between diabetes and periodontal disease in 2016. Apart from clinical and academic endeavors, he has taken part in numerous free dental screening and treatment camps throughout the district.
